I'm sorry I don't have better news, but the manufacturer of our Trotec Laser equipment has not been able to give me an eta on the replacement component. I was hoping for better news by now, but it's been frustrating, to say the least. My Trotec representative is trying to find another source for the part, and we're hoping to hear some news this week. I'll update as I know more.
I'm going through our orders list and reaching out to either cancel orders, so they're not being held indefinitely, or to reach other arrangements. Thanks everyone, for your patience and support!
Unfortunately our laser equipment is down, and I'm in the process of procuring the necessary replacement parts to get things up and running again. As such, I'm currently disabling the site until the issues are fixed, so that we don't get too much of a backlog. I'm hoping this takes no more than a week or two.
I will be contacting those who are currently due their orders and give the option of refunds, or extra store credit for the delays.
If you have made an order within the past week, we may still be able to fulfill your order on time if we receive our replacement parts and resolve all our technical issues within the week. But if you would like to cancel your order, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
